AQUATIC EXERCISE CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

Aquatic Exercise classes are open to the public
Available at our Barnett Road location
Class sizes limited to five persons
No open wounds allowed in pool
Each class approx. 45 minutes
$35.00 - $50.00 per month
Offered 2-3 times/week
Swim Wear required
Bring Towel

LOW IMPACT WATER AEROBICS
Class is designed to get the whole body moving through stretching, strength, and endurance exercises. All exercises are done at a comfortable pace to accommodate those with limited mobility. Class is recommended for people of all ages, especially seniors, before or after surgery, or those with injuries. M-W-F 10:30 a.m. & 3:00 p.m. and T-Th 11:00 a.m. & 5:00 p.m. If you are interested in learning about Senior Fitness, click on the blog header above for more information

AQUA AEROBICS CLASS.
Class is designed to develop cardio-vascular conditioning strength, tone and endurance. This high-energy class includes jogging and some bouncing. Not recommended for seniors, before or after surgery, or those with injuries. M-W-F 5:00 p.m. T-Th 4:00 p.m.

DEEP WATER AEROBICS  (Summer session only)
A non-impact class that allows the participant to exercise with full range of motion. Deep water aerobics is recommended for adults of all ages looking to get into shape and who enjoy exercise in an aquatics environment. Held at Jackson Pool, Medford Oregon. M-W-F 12:10 p.m.

Introduces basic water acclimation skills for infants and children, helping them become comfortable in the water so they are willing and ready to learn to swim. Parents and guardians get to spend time with their little ones in a fun, safe, and supervised aquatic environment.
